As a strategic design leader, I blend service design, product strategy, and coaching to help cross-functional teams deliver measurable change.

I help organizations navigate ambiguity and build futures that honor both innovation and humanity. At Capital One, I’ve scaled design culture across 700+ designers while leading platform transformations that serve thousands of customers. I’m currently modernizing a commercial banking origination platform to introduce massive cost savings and significantly increase throughput—work that reshapes how businesses access capital and grow.

Beyond internal impact, I co-lead Service Design DC—connecting 1,000+ practitioners across the Mid-Atlantic—and I’ve spoken as a panelist for Service Design Mexico, sharing frameworks that bridge Latin American context with global design practices.
